i think i’m having a mixed episode

I’ve been extremely depressed and hopeless, but at the same time I have so much energy, I’m irritable, and impulsive. and my self esteem has been through the roof, i haven’t slept in like two days aaaaaaaaa

anyone else ever go through this?
